ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We have made every effort to ensure the content of this website, in particular the prices quoted, and product specification are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the Goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We have taken every care to display the colour of the furniture as accurately as possible. But we cannot guarantee that your screen’s or monitor’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Similarly, because our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website have a 2% tolerance.
If we are making the product to measurements, you have given us you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct. You can find information and tips on how to measure on our website or by contacting us.
All prices are exclusive of V.A.T. The total cost of your Order (including V.A.T and delivery) will be shown at checkout.

All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm our acceptance of your Order by sending you an e-mail confirmation. If, for whatever reason we are unable to accept your Order, you will be informed by an e-mail and you will not be charged for your unsuccessful Order. We will assign an order number which will be displayed in your Order confirmation e-mail. Please quote the order number in all subsequent correspondence with us relating to your Order.
Please note, by placing an order through this website, you warrant you are 18 years old or over and you understand that this is a legally binding contract.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AND DELIVERY DATES

Every effort will be made to offer you the earliest delivery date, but on rare occasions the manufacture of your Order may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result.
Please note deliveries are postcode dependent. Deliveries to certain postcodes are only available on certain days of the week. Once your Order is confirmed as available for delivery, we will contact you with a designated delivery date.
Your Order will be delivered to the address stated in your Order confirmation e-mail.
