GENERAL TERMS
Welcome to the www.odernowardrobes.com website terms and conditions. These terms tell you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the Goods or services listed on our website to you. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below once the order is placed. 

This site is owned and operated by Oderno Wardrobes Limited ("we, our, us"). We are a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 11700925 and our registered office is at 10 Beech Road, Wokingham Road, Hurst, Berkshire, RG10 0RQ. Our registered VAT number is 319 8497 54. To provide you with the very best service, we may monitor or record our calls for training purposes. Mobile charges may apply when calling the free phone number. Charges may apply if calling from outside the UK. 

Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. 

ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We have made every effort to ensure the content of this website, in particular the prices quoted, and product specification are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the Goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We have taken every care to display the colour of the furniture as accurately as possible. But we cannot guarantee that your screen’s or monitor’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Similarly, because our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website have a 2% tolerance. 

If we are making the product to measurements, you have given us you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct. You can find information and tips on how to measure on our website or by contacting us. 

All prices are exclusive of V.A.T. The total cost of your Order (including V.A.T and delivery) will be shown at checkout. 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm our acceptance of your Order by sending you an e-mail confirmation. If, for whatever reason we are unable to accept your Order, you will be informed by an e-mail and you will not be charged for your unsuccessful Order. We will assign an order number which will be displayed in your Order confirmation e-mail. Please quote the order number in all subsequent correspondence with us relating to your Order.

Please note, by placing an order through this website, you warrant you are 18 years old or over and you understand that this is a legally binding contract. 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AND DELIVERY DATES
Your Order confirmation e-mail will inform you of the likely approximate length of time until delivery. There is an approximate 28-day lead time. To facilitate prompt delivery all orders are dispatched from either the point of manufacture or distribution. Every effort will be made to offer you the earliest delivery date, but on rare occasions the manufacture of your Order may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result.

Please note deliveries are postcode dependent. Deliveries to certain postcodes are only available on certain days of the week. However, we will try our best to accommodate your preferred date and time and will be mindful of any dates you are unavailable as detailed in your delivery notes at the checkout stage.

Once your Order is confirmed as available for delivery, we will contact you with a designated delivery date.

Your Order will be delivered to the address stated in your Order confirmation e-mail. Should you wish to change the delivery address, you must notify at least 2 working days in advance of your delivery date. Please note, we are unable to process orders if the delivery address is outside the mainland UK.

DELIVERY
The costs of delivery will be displayed on our website and will be included in the total cost of your Order. On the day of delivery please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the delivery address. There must be someone over the age of 18 to sign for your order. This will warrant your satisfaction of your Order. The products will be your responsibility from the time you sign for your Order.

Goods intended to be assembled by you will not be unpacked at the point of delivery. You must check your order for any damage and report faults within 14 days of delivery via an email to shippingandreturns@odernowardrobes.com along with evidence of the damage.

If no one is available at the delivery address to take delivery, you will be charged a further delivery fee of £96.00 Inc. VAT.

FITTING SERVICE
Fitting service is only available for Business customers. Please email contact@odernowardrobes.com for further details.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We also accept payment via Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

For Business customers, payment for the fitting services will be required via BACS. Business customers can also pay for their Order via BACS, if preferred, please contact us at contact@odernowardrobes.com

Full payment of your Order will be required prior to delivery. Payment cannot be taken on delivery.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to make changes to your Order, please contact us immediately. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will inform you of the changes in the total cost of your Order or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change. 

Please note, Consumer Contract regulations only apply to your order if the Goods have not been custom made to your specification. This includes our standard size doors which will only be manufactured at your bespoke request. If the Consumer Contract Regulations do apply you can cancel your Order by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 14 days after the date of delivery and a refund will be issued.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition. You are the owner of the Goods once they have been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. 

We may be able to arrange collection of Goods, but you will be liable to cover the cost of collecting the items. This charge will be calculated according to the number of items to be returned, availability of a delivery vehicle, your location and complexity of removal. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted. 

You will not be liable for the cost of return if you have informed us within 14 days of delivery that the Goods were damaged upon receipt. A replacement of your Order will be delivered to you within 14 working days of collection.

REFUNDS
Following cancellation of your Order, any monies paid will be refunded by the method you used to pay us and usually within 14 days from the day on which we receive the Goods back from you. For avoidance of doubt, custom made orders will not be refunded. 

COMPLAINTS POLICY
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your Order, please contact our Customer Services by emailing contact@odernowardrobes.com. Our dedicated customer service team will aim to resolve any issue you might have.

If you remain unhappy after following the process set out above, you may wish to refer it to the Furniture Ombudsman who is an independent organisation that provides Alternative Dispute Resolution services. You can email them direct at info@thefurnitureombudsman.org.

YOUR GUARANTEE
Our suppliers offer a 10-year guarantee on all Goods we sell. The guarantee starts from the date of your Order and offers cover against manufacturing defects. Further details of the guarantee will be provided with your Order.

Please note any faults and defects that occur as a result of your fitting shall not be covered by the guarantee. You are advised to use a competent furniture fitter who has the necessary skill to fit the Goods.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of these terms on your behalf. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of the terms and conditions or any portion of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected. No omission to exercise or delay in exercising our right, power or remedy provided by law or under this agreement shall constitute a waiver of our right, power or remedy. 

MARKETING EMAILS
We will only send you newsletter emails when you have requested and confirmed you would like to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking and of the unsubscribe links in the email, or by contacting our customer service team on contact@odernowardrobes.com.
