How it Works?

We know that purchasing wardrobes online can be a daunting process. Wardrobes are an investment, so making the right choice is important. That's why we have created some guides to help you.

It's important to think about the room and area in which you will be fitting your wardrobes. We have created some guides and videos to help you think about this in a little more detail.




Next you can spend more time understanding the style and design you are looking for. We offer five trending and traditional palettes, each featuring a set of stylish door and interior designs. Our collections include Bude, Chemire, Kos, Hinton and Marlow. If you require more technical detail regarding our products you can view the product specifications on each product page or visit our frequently asked questions

All our wardrobes are made to order, and we offer both standard sizes and made to measure wardrobe doors and interiors. Your selection will depend on varying factors.

When you are ready to make your purchase, you can do so through our online shop. If you are ordering made to measure wardrobes, be sure to check and confirm your measurements as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on incorrectly submitted measurements.

You have the option to purchase sliding wardrobe doors only, as well as wardrobe interiors and wardrobe framing kits. You can order your wardrobe by visiting the product page and selecting the aperture range that your measurements fall within. When you reach the checkout stage, you then enter your measurements as described in our Assembly Guide.

Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email confirming that order. We will review your order and contact you to confirm the delivery date. There is the option at checkout to state dates/ days which are suitable/ not suitable, and we will try our best to consider these. As our wardrobes are made to order, they can take up to 28 calendar days for build and delivery, however we will do our best to reduce this timeline for you.

Please ensure that at checkout you provide us with your contact details (preferably both email and number) so we can contact you in the event of any issues.

On the day of delivery, your wardrobes will be delivered by a third-party courier service. The delivery driver will call you 30 minutes prior arrival. The one-man delivery driver will deliver your wardrobes to you but is unable to deliver them to a bedroom or other room due to health & safety and insurance purposes, we apologies in advance for this.

When your order arrives, it is important that you fully check your wardrobes for any damage and report any faults as soon as possible. You can report this via our contacts page, please email evidence (photos) of the damage to If the damage is a fault caused by us, we will contact you to arrange a replacement. We understand the need for quick replacements so we will do this as soon as possible for you. Please see our full Terms & Conditions of Sale
